From expense to ledger without re-keying
Every card payment, expense and reimbursement in Xpendless already has an amount, a category, a tax code and a receipt. Accounting integration sends all of it to your books, so your team stops typing expenses into the ledger by hand.
Xpendless connects directly to QuickBooks Online and Odoo. If you use anything else, export clean CSV files that your system can import.
How accounting sync works

Link QuickBooks Online or Odoo from settings, or choose CSV export.
Map once
Match Xpendless categories, tax codes and dimensions to your chart of accounts.
